2021 Annual General Meeting

Join us in December for our Annual General Meeting. In line with the Club’s Constitution all sitting Committee Members will resign from their positions and may, or may not re-nominate. If you would like to play a key role in the future of SUFNC please complete the 2022 Nomination Form, downloaded by clicking on link https://sheppunitedfnc.tidyhq.com/public/storage/f/c67b3f1fd1d01d218f5778c6e92541ed/SUFNC-Committee-Nomination-Form-2022.pdf and return it to the Secretary at sheppartonunitedfnc@gmail.com no later than Sunday 28th November 2021.

If you will be attending the meeting please obtain a ticket so that we can keep an eye on numbers in case we need to change the venue. You will be required to show your vaccination status. Please note Members ONLY

The ordinary business of the annual general meeting shall be:-

               (a) to confirm the minutes of the last preceding annual general meeting and of any general meeting                          held since that meeting;

               (b) to receive from the Committee reports upon the transactions of the Association during the last                            preceding financial year;

               (c) to elect office bearers of the Association and the ordinary members of the committee;

               (d) to receive and consider the Statement submitted by the Association in accordance with Section                          (30(3) of the Act; and

               (e) The Association shall appoint an Auditor at the Annual General Meeting.

Getting active

If you are fully vaccinated, you can attend sporting and recreation facilities (e.g. sports grounds, gyms and swimming pools) and sporting events.

If you don’t meet the vaccination requirements, you can’t enter.
